Refund and Returns Policy

We at Chikita Padel understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We’re happy to accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase.

What can be returned?

You can return most items purchased on chikitapadel.com or in our retail stores within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Exceptions:

Hygiene reasons: We cannot accept returns of socks unless they are unopened and in their original packaging.
Final Sale items: Some items may be marked “Final Sale” and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
Personalized items: Any items personalized with a name or number cannot be returned.

Return Process:

Initiate your return: Send us an email to returns@chikitapadel.com. You will need to provide your order number and email address.
Pack your return: Pack the items you are returning securely in their original packaging.
Ship your return: Follow the instructions we’ll send you through email regarding the shipping payment. Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Return confirmation: When we receive your package you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned items and confirm they meet our return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
It may take an additional 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Shipping costs for the original order will not be refunded.

Exchanges:

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can return your unwanted item and place a new order for the desired size or color.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at returns@chikitapadel.com. We will be happy to assist you with a return or replacement.
